The Apartment Complex
These apartments comprise the entirety of a brand new building set alongside the tidal saltings of the river. The building simulates the appearance of a riverside warehouse and has stone and weatherboard elevations under an natural slate roof. The apartments are all accessed from the inner courtyard where there is allocated parking. The apartments are geared for minimal maintenance with a good level of independence. Most of the apartments have stunning views over the estuary.
The apartments would make an ideal holiday bolt-away which you could lock up and leave. They could be an ideal holiday investment on which we could guarantee a 6% return, or they could be a full or part time residence as they have full residential status.
